At Game 4 Change, we believe in the power of sports to transform lives. Our mission is to empower marginalized youth by providing access to structured sports programs, professional coaching, and educational support. Through partnerships with local and national sports federations, we aim to create opportunities for young athletes to develop their skills, build resilience, and pursue their dreams in a variety of sports.

To create a nationwide movement that uses sports as a catalyst for social change, fostering inclusive communities where every child, regardless of their background, has the opportunity to excel.
OUR STORY
Founded by 17-year-old Neal Timblo, Game 4 Change began as a cricket-focused initiative in Goa. Inspired by the pressing need to provide constructive alternatives for at-risk youth, Neal hopes to expand the program to include other sports such as football, swimming, and more. Today, we are building partnerships with state and national sports federations to offer comprehensive sports programs across India.
OUR PROGRAMS
Scouting and Training Program
Identifies and trains young talent in sports like cricket, football, and swimming. Offers coaching, competition exposure, and career development opportunities.
Multi-Sport Tournaments
Hosts annual tournaments for cricket, football, and athletics. Provides a platform for marginalized communities to compete and win scholarships.
Scholarships for Young Athletes
Partners with sponsors to fund training, education, and travel for promising athletes, removing financial barriers.
Expanding Beyond Cricket
Collaborates with sports federations to create opportunities across various sports, helping youth achieve their potential.
